Easy Allergy Tea

Easy Allergy/Cold Tea!

Season's are changing and my allergies have been getting to me.

I have found that this Allergy Tea may help with runny noses, mild coughing, and congestion. I take this before bed to up without sniffling and with a clear nose.

Ingredients

Allergy/Cold Tea

2 T Honey

1 pt filtered Water (variable)

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Add Herbs to water and simmer for 5-10 minutes
  3. Add Honey and turn off burner
  4. Strain Tea. I find it best to use a cloth strainer such as a cheese cloth.
  5. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • I boil a week's worth of tea and put it in the refrigerator to drink throughout the week. I love it cold!
  • I use the remaining tea leaves for fertilizing my garden. I put them in some water and let them soak in the refrigerator. Be careful! Eucalyptus is said to damage garden plants especially in large quantities.
